I cannot begin to express how fortunate I feel working at Pyareo Home – from the beginning, it has felt like home.

In the past three and a half years, we have accomplished a lot at the administrative level; thanks to much help from many people, we are now more organized, efficient and skilled.

Over time, we have also gained new residents, all of whom are very welcome to our family.  And we have lost some dear friends.  When this happens, it takes some time to regain our stride, but with the love and respect that everyone has for each other, this has not been too difficult.

Finally, I want to thank all of our band of generous volunteers, tireless staff and brave supporters for making this place possible.
